Weight loss - Use of Klamath blue green algae doesn’t seem to help with weight loss.

How Blue Green Algae Works?

Klamath blue green algae represent a mixture possessing the properties of both animal and plant species. Blue green algae powder contains iron, 65% crude protein, phelylalanine, B vitamin complex and other mineral substances. The B-vitamins in blue green algae are similar to B12 vitamin and are insignificant nutritionally. Phenylalanine in blue green algae powder is believed to help in weight loss but FDA found no truth in this claim. However, iron in Klamath blue green algae has high oral bioavailability. C-phycocyanin found in blue green algae acts both as anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.
