Amazon Discovery Check Order StatusEnter the Order No. from your electronic invoice that you received to find out the status of your order. In Process — This is the time your order is in the fulfillment process which can be 2 to 3 days depending on the volume of sales that are received. Shipped — The order has been shipped UPS or Customer Shipping account not all customer shipping account tracking numbers are posted within 24 hours. Refund — The customer has requested a refund right after the order process or when delivery of the order has been excepted then returned.
