•   When received a UPS return label will be emailed to customer email address

Preparing Product For Return

•   Supplements send unused portion in original bottle
•   Bulk herbs sealed in bag with twist tie or mechanical tie
•   All products are subject to Quality Control inspection when received
•   Return will be in form of credit or refund to credit card

NOTE… Customer will be notified upon receiving returned products of refund determination. Care should be taken when shipping bulk herb products back as to avoid contamination of product due to moisture or water from entering packaging directly to product. Supplements that are not opened need to have tampered proof seals still in tact.

Order Processing Time

What to expect from the time you place an order

•   Orders are processed as they are received within 24 hours
•   Shipping quote for International orders
•   When processed each order is sent to fulfillment for packaging
•   After packaging each order is sent to QC for proper documentation
•   When documentation in prepared order then goes to shipping

NOTE…This process takes 2 to 3 business days average to complete subject to inbound orders and how large orders are to complete. All orders are fulfilled as they arrive from sales representatives. Understand that no matter if you placed an order for rush delivery it will still take time for processing and fulfillment till shipped.

Things to be aware off when placing an order

•   Service Charge of five dollars to cusotmers placing orders with no customer shipping account

•   Product out of stock placed on backorder
•   Holidays, weekends and weather conditions

NOTE…Our suppliers are not required to notify use if there is a price increase for products that are in high demand or short supply and or band by the FDA at times we do not know this till an order is placed. The customer will be notified by email or telephone if the products price increases, out of stock and when expected to be back in stock or band by new FDA regulations. We are not a 24/7 company our normal warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM. Holidays and sever weather conditions also are considered during order processing and fulfillment.

The following guidelines and limitations for mailings through the US Postal Service

For bulk herb products will no longer be providing postal mail options for domestic US orders. These orders tend to incur delays in shipping time as well as many additional charges for repackaging and fuel. In the end, they cost our company too much time and money, and at a greater cost than using UPS. Any customer requesting these options ‹e.g. Priority Mail, Express Mail› must be made aware that their shipments will be processed through UPS Ground or Air and will be quoted and charged as such. No exceptions will be made.

Secondly‚ we will be limiting the amount of options for international mailings. We are incurring too many immediate costs without any benefit to our company by using postal services. From this point forward, international postal mailings will be limited to the following:

• International samples
These will be mailed using First Class International service‚ which is the least expensive option available. No tracking or specific delivery time is available with this service. Remember we are absorbing the costs of these samples. If customers require their samples in a timely manner‚ there are options available through UPS‚ however this will come at the customer’s cost and should be treated as a payable order.

• International orders
Mail options for international orders will be limited to orders consisting of 5kg or less. Furthermore, we will only be offering Priority Mail International services only for these orders. These orders are sent with the understanding that there is no guaranteed or exact delivery time and we are not held responsible for any delays or loss resulting from these services. Express Mail International (EMS) is no longer an available service. International orders of 5kg or greater and will be handled exclusively by BaxGlobal or UPS Worldwide services and will be quoted.

• International orders USPS service charge
The service charge 30% is calculated by the shopping cart when calculating shipping cost for USPS priority international orders that are under the 5kg requirement. Orders are delivered to USPS twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays no exceptions. Cost covers re-packaging, fuel and delivery time to post office.

NOTE…That this will ONLY APPLY TO BULK HERB PRODUCTS supplement products and cosmetic products may be shipped by postal service by our discretion.
