What Should Be the Dose/Administration of Pomegranate?

ORAL For reduce the hypertension, 50 mL of pomegranate juice should be consumed every day. To treat hyperlipidemia, 40 grams of concentrated pomegranate juice should be orally used on daily basis. To protect from coronary heart disease, pomegranate juice should be used daily with amount of 240 mL (about 8 ounces).
